Morning pages tulis apa? Tulis la apa2 yang terlintas pagi tu. Cerita pasal semalam. Cerita pasal mimpi ( which I have some weird dreams and nightmare). Cerita pasal hari ni nak storyline mcm mana. Perasaan lepas buat? Morning pages buat I lebih control of my day. Walaupun ada dugaan and cabaran berlaku. I mcm dah boleh agak lepas tu I boleh control. Mcm dulu cepat kecewa dengan Plan tak jadi atau rasa moody je pagi2 nak start my day. Feeling tu boleh berubah. I think this can help my day better. Planning tulis macam mana? I decorate dulu untuk 2 pages setiap hari. Esok bgn terus tulis. Kalau ada masa. I nak decor straight 7 hari supaya I tak ambil masa lama untuk setup page tu. Nak guna washitape sebenarnya.. Stickers 10 sec je boleh tampal. InsyaAllah nak terukan another 30 hari 😬
